Dana Thompson is an experienced educator, school leader, and founder of Britt Thompson Education Consulting, where she partners with school districts to build healthy instructional cultures that promote teacher clarity, student engagement, and sustainable leadership systems.
With over two decades in K–12 education — including experience in both public and independent schools — Dana has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and administrator. She understands the complexity of leading in today’s schools and supports leaders and educators in creating classrooms where clarity, consistency, and care drive results.
Dana’s professional development and consulting work focuses on:
